Guarantee:
A
technician will check and diagnose your equipment the same
day it arrives at our shop if received by 12:00 noon. Parts
replacement and/or intermittent problems may delay completion
of your repair. Every effort will be made to complete
repairs on a first come, first served, basis.
Conditions
for Same Day Service:

In order to be eligible for same day service, hardware must
be received by noon.
-Same
day service does not insure that all problems will be resolved
that same day. It does insure that the diagnostics of the
hardware will be started that day and, if at all possible,
finished.

Customer is responsible for providing accessories and software
for computers, laptops, printers as needed prior to diagnostics.

Integrated Technologies is not responsible for time delay
due to unavailability of parts and accessories.

Customer must provide available phone numbers in order for
technician to reach customer if there are further questions.
If the customer is not available, this may delay the technician's
action; especially if it involves further service, repair,
replacement of parts, or increase in time to repair.

ITI does not guarantee the part required to fix hardware problems
will be in stock.

Most hardware replacements require a 2-5 business day shipping
for parts.
